Email Manager

Send and receive emails directly within Pimero. The email module includes everything you need. List all your emails within the combined email folder. Editable account colors show you the according email account.

The Pimero server is part of every Pimero system and runs on every Windows PC with WindowsXP or newer OS. Pimero stores all of the data encrypted on your local computer. As a result, you can continue working and access all the data you need on the go - even when you aren't connected to your network! New entries will be synched with all the other Pimero users once you reconnect to the Pimero network.

gradeMobile

Pimero Mobile brings your appointments to your smartphone. Pimero Mobile syncs automatically in background and keeps your scheduler always up to date. Working without an internet connection is no problem. Pimero Mobile runs without any differences. When your internet connection is up again, Pimero Mobile automatically syncs all changes with your Pimero server. All sync parties are part of your Pimero network. This keeps privacy on a high level.

Have you ever forgotten a birthday? If you have, we promise this won't happen again. A single click creates a birthday appointment for your contact and adds it to your scheduler. The Agenda shows you all of your contacts' upcomming birthdays. All you need to do is to enter a birthday for the contact item.
