Managing your emails

New emails will be automatically stored in your inbox and marked as unread. Emails are unread until you click on them in the list,

move them to the archive ore delete them.

Archive / Delete / Restore

Clean up your inbox by moving old mails to the archive. Therefore select the mails and click on "Move to archive".

Alternatively hit the 'k' Key.

If you want to delete mails, select them from the list and click on "Delete". You can also hit the 'del' key.

Deleted mails are move to the trash folder. To delete an email finally click on "Clear trash folder" or got to the trash folder,

select the corresponding mail and click an "Delete" again.

While an email is in the trash folder you can restore ist by selecting it and clicking on "Restore".
