Lock appointments

If you have very sensible appointment data and want to prevent accidental changes you can lock appointments.

Locked appointments can't be moved and their start/end time can't be changed with drag/drop directly in the scheduler.

To enable the appointment lock click on tab "Extras" and then on button "Options".

In the opening dialog click on tab "Scheduler".

Activate the checkbox "Lock appointments for drag & drop operations" and confirm with "Ok".

There are two ways of editing locked appointments:

1. Direct Editing

Click into an active appointment in the scheduler view. The appointment gets in edit mode:

2. Edit in appointment dialog

Double click on an appointment in the scheduler view. The edit appointment dialog opens where you can do your changes.
