Import data from Comma Separated Values (CSV)

Import data from Comma Separated Values (CSV File)

1. To import data (appointments / contacts / notes / tasks) from a CSV file, click on the round button in the upper left

corner of Pimero and choose "Import" -> "From Comma Separated Values (CSV File)"

2. Select the type of data you wish to import from the dropdown list and click "Next"

3. Click on "Search" and choose your CSV file. Click on "Next"

4. You get a preview of your imported data. Now you can change the settings of the import:

- Uncheck the checkbox "First line contains captions" if your CSV file doesn't contain the column captions

- Set the qualifier character, the separator character and the text-encoding of your CSV file

- Uncheck the rows you don't want to import

Click on "Next"

5. Choose the folders from the dropdown list you want your CSV file to import into and click on "Start Import"

6. If some items you are trying to import already exist, you have to chose what to do:

- Overwrite items if the imported items are newer than existing items

- Overwrite items always

- Don't overwrite anything

7. When the import is finished, you get a report of the imported items.

Click on "OK" to close the import wizard
