Pimero Main View
After your first login Pimero displays the calendar sheet.

For more information about the scheduler go to chapter "Scheduler".
Switching between calendar, tasks, contacts, email and notes
You can switch between the categories by clicking on the appropriate tab.

Users and Folders
Pimero allows you to share your appointments, contacts, tasks and notes with other Pimero users in your network.
In the lower left corner of Pimero all users within the Pimero network are listed.
By default every user has 4 private folders where only he can write/read data:
- Calendar
- Tasks
- Notes
- Contacts
To change the read/write permissions of a folder see chapter Folder permissions
Additionally every Pimero network has a public folder for calendar, tasks, notes and contact items.
These folders are readable/writeable for every user.
Depending on which sheet you have chosen (calendar, tasks, contacts, notes) the folders of your users are displayed within the "View" area.

The main area of Pimero shows always all folder items of the active folders.
To show/hide a folder check/uncheck the checkbox.
Note: You may only check a folder if you have read permissions for that folder.
